Christina Montoya, LCSW, CJSOT, BSC

Christina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families. She is especially skilled in working with children and adolescents, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care that meets clients where they are.

Christina draws from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT-informed strategies, and strengths-based practices to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to each individual. She believes deeply in walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges.

Sarah Sammon, LMSW

Sarah brings warmth, empathy, and thoughtfulness into her work with individuals navigating life transitions. She is passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel supported and understood.

Sarah has experience working with individuals processing religious trauma, questioning faith, managing intrusive thoughts, and navigating co-occurring disorders. She is also a proud and affirming ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and approaches care with compassion and curiosity.
