Ashley is a masters-level social work student at New Mexico Highlands University and holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She has comprehensive experience in advocacy, case management, and program management serving youth and adult survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence, families in the foster care system, and senior citizens.
She believes strongly in utilizing trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and evidence-based interventions. She is passionate about empowering clients by building collaborative relationships that foster resilience, self-determination, and personal growth.
When not at work, Ashley enjoys running around after her 3 children, camping, arts and crafts, and sprinkling humor into life wherever she can.
