Interns & Associates at Grace Integrated Solutions

At Grace Integrated Solutions, we’re passionate about creating a supportive and enriching environment for the next generation of mental health professionals.

Our interns and associates are an important part of our team, and we are honored to guide them as they grow into confident, compassionate therapists.

Our Approach to Training

We believe learning happens best in a space that values authenticity, collaboration, and curiosity. Interns at Grace are welcomed into a hands-on learning environment where they can:

  • Explore different therapeutic modalities, from evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, and DBT to more holistic approaches such as somatic therapy and cultural practices like curanderismo.

  • Gain experience working with diverse populations across New Mexico.

  • Receive supervision and mentorship from licensed clinicians who are committed to professional and personal growth.

Why Train at Grace?

A sign with the word 'Grace' in colorful letters, a dove above it, a rainbow pathway, and the words 'This is a Safe Space' indicating a supportive environment.
  • We prioritize creating a judgment-free space where interns can learn, ask questions, and develop their own voice as therapists.

  • Our work is rooted in supporting the unique needs of New Mexico’s communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, bilingual clients, and families navigating cultural transitions.

  • Interns receive guidance not only in clinical skills but also in the importance of self-care, boundaries, and balance in this field.

  • Many of our interns go on to continue with us as associates after graduation, deepening their connection to both Grace and the clients we serve.
