"I am a trauma-informed therapist who integrates yogic philosophy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and polyvagal theory to support healing of the mind and nervous system. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when we feel safe enough, internally and externally, to reconnect with ourselves. My background in yoga and mindfulness deeply informs how I practice therapy. I view healing as a holistic process that includes the body, breath, emotions, and thought patterns, not just insight alone. Drawing from polyvagal theory, I help clients understand their nervous system responses and develop tools to move out of chronic fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown and into greater regulation, connection, and resilience.

Using IFS, I support clients in building compassionate relationships with the different “parts” of themselves; especially those shaped by trauma, anxiety, self-criticism, or survival strategies. CBT skills are woven in to help clients recognize and gently shift unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical coping tools for daily life. I work collaboratively and at a pace that honors each person’s capacity and readiness. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from yourself, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, embodied, and empowered in your healing process."
