Joelle’s clinical work began in family-focused, home-based services in both New Mexico and Oregon, where she developed a strong foundation in parent support and early childhood intervention. She later worked with Yamhill County’s Family and Youth Department in Oregon, where she received specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), supporting families with children ages 0–7.

Throughout her career in private practice and at Western Psychological Counseling Services (now LifeStance), Joelle has continued to provide individual and family therapy across the lifespan. She has specialized training in working with survivors of sexual abuse and in the clarification process related to trauma.

In recent years, Joelle has become an ADHD specialist, with much of her current work focused on supporting children, teens, adults, and parents navigating ADHD.
