I founded Grace Integrated Solutions in the fall of 2021 to provide culturally competent behavioral healthcare to the residents of New Mexico. I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I believe in customizing therapy to fit each client's unique needs and I am committed to helping you develop effective strategies to overcome life's challenges.

I am also an adjunct professor at the Facundo Valdez School of Social Work, New Mexico Highlands University. NMHU’s focus on multicultural practice provides a deep understanding of cultural and ethnic differences and the way they influence the social worker’s role which aligns with the mission of Grace Integrated Solutions.

Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is central to our work with clients.

Taking the step towards therapy is significant, and my staff and I would be honored to support you on your therapeutic journey.
