Sarah graduated with a Master of Social Work from Aurora University in May 2024. Guided by her father’s words that empathy can be both a strength and a challenge, Sarah became a therapist to walk alongside individuals on their journeys and to provide a safe, judgment-free environment.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys caring for her two cats, Smokey and Tuesday. She is also crafty and an avid napper. Sarah is passionate about supporting people seeking clarity during life transitions, those who have experienced religious trauma or are questioning faith, individuals with co-occurring disorders, and those struggling with intrusive thoughts. She is also a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
